some issues

small bed broken remote

the room was not great. it was cold and felt quite old. the tv remote did not even work which was annoying. i think rooms might be better, but they put me in a really small one because they were full. this happened even though i booked weeks beforehand.

Really good stay near the station

ideal location warm welcome comfortable room

The location was ideal, just steps from the railway station. I received a very warm welcome upon arrival (the staff really goes the extra mile). The included breakfast was quite good. The Standard Double Room was comfortable, and surprisingly quiet.

shower cracks loud radiator

My room lacked proper maintenance. Cracks was on the shower floor, indicating neglect. The radiator emitted a loud noise when activated, causing disturbance throughout the night. Staff was unavailable to address concerns due to their absence from the building after hours.
